The Da Vinci Code - Fiction or Controversial Entertainment?

It is a book/movie that certainly creates controversy and polar opinions.

Book
A page-turner. Really entertaining. The depth of the writing style is questionable but the reality is the topic is controversial enough so as to complicate it with intricate style and “Shakespeareanisms”

Movie
Greatly done. Good acting. It gives you all the time a feeling of “dark” and “mysterious”. There is a 3D effet to it that still amazes me.
As one critic well expressed: ‘The movie works; it is involving, intriguing and constantly seems on the edge of startling revelations’

The topic
I would like to highly suggest watching/reading this story with an ENTERTAINMENT purpose only. If you do not anything about Christianity it may give you the wrong impression. If you know something it will shock you. If you know too much you may hate it.

  • Damn right for entertainment value only... I started spasming when I read the book as it is so full of historical errors that you are pleasantly surprised when the author stumbles upon a fact. Thanks for reminding me how annoyed I was at reading the book. I'm so pissed off right now!
